About Us
We are happy to welcome you to the Nazarene Early Learning Center. As part of the ministries of Covenant Church of the Nazarene, we provide a loving atmosphere with dedicated and trained teachers. In addition to educational qualifications, all staff will be registered in First Aid and CPR, have updated immunization records, and passed a Criminal Background Check.
What to expect from our early childhood program:
Our early childhood program will provide a safe, nurturing environment and promote the intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development of your child. You should anticipate:
▪ Positive, warm interactions among teachers, children, and parents
▪ Planned learning activities appropriate to each child’s age and developmental stage
▪ Hands-on experiences developed around children’s interests in center-based learning classrooms
▪ Regular, two-way communication between teachers and families
▪ Specially trained teachers and administrators involved in on-going professional development
Our Mission Statement
As an outreach ministry of Covenant Church of the Nazarene, the Nazarene Early Learning Center is an early childhood Christian school which serves children ages six weeks through Pre-K/four years. Our mission is to provide a planned and developmentally appropriate program for the care, education, and nurturing of young children in the community while facilitating their total development: cognitive, social, physical, and spiritual. We strive to provide the highest quality educational experience for preschool children within a climate of Christian love and acceptance.
